One of the most widely used ESD test models is the Human-Body model (HBM). The HBM ESD model simulates that when a charged human body touches or approaches an electrostatic sensitive device (ESDS), the component may be damaged by direct electrostatic discharge or an electrostatic field. ESDEMC provides low parasitic 2 pin HBM and MM test services at both wafer level and package level, up to 20kV and 4 kV, respectively. Current and voltage transient waveforms of the DUT can be captured and saved during test, DUT leakage characteristics and failure level can also be auto tested and recorded.
